Self-Regulatory Covenant of Yuanshu Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd.

　　I. General Provisions

　　To build a clean, harmonious, green, and healthy online environment, uphold online civility and order, and safeguard users’ legitimate rights and interests, Yuanshu Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. , in accordance with and in full compliance with the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Minors, the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency, the Regulations on the Governance of the Online Information Content Ecosystem, and other relevant laws, regulations, and administrative policies issued by competent authorities, has jointly formulated with its users the “Self‑Regulatory Covenant of Yuanshu Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. ” (hereinafter referred to as “this Covenant”).

　　II. The platform encourages the following behaviors:

　　(1) Jointly participate in building a civilized online environment by creating content that aligns with the nation’s major policies, serves the overarching goals of economic and social development, reflects the trends of contemporary progress, and showcases the achievements of national rejuvenation, thereby uniting hearts and pooling strength for the cause of modernizing China and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

　　(2) Jointly foster a public opinion environment characterized by equality and mutual respect, and show due respect to other users on the platform. Show care and concern for minors and the elderly, and uphold gender equality; refrain from attacking, verbally abusing, insulting, defaming, or discriminating against others, and do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.

　　(3) Encourage users to post original, high-quality content; emphasize the proper use of written language; minimize the use of pinyin-based acronyms and other expressions that may lead to ambiguity; and consciously adhere to language and writing standards.

　　(4) We encourage users to post positive, healthy, and uplifting content, prohibit the dissemination of unverified information, and urge users not to fabricate, spread, or believe rumors, working together to build a clean and wholesome online environment.

　　(5) Prior to use, users must undergo authentic identity verification, securely safeguard their account information, and exercise appropriate account permissions; they shall not, under any circumstances, privately lend or transfer their user accounts. The platform undertakes to ensure the security of users’ personal information and to handle data processing in compliance with applicable regulations.

　　(6) Users are advised to enhance their awareness of online security and remain vigilant regarding high‑risk areas and activities such as online dating, gambling‑inducement schemes, loan scams, rebate offers, prize‑winning scams, and online part‑time “like‑boosting” jobs. If you detect any irregularities, please report them to the platform at any time.

　　III. The platform prohibits the following activities:

　　User-generated content must comply with the Cybersecurity Law, the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services, the Regulations on the Governance of Online Information Content Ecosystem, and other relevant laws and regulations, and shall not publish or disseminate information containing any of the following:

　　(1) Illegal information that endangers national and social security, etc.

　　1. Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;

　　2. Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting the state regime, or undermining national unity;

　　3. Those that harm the nation’s honor and interests;

　　4. Distorting, vilifying, desecrating, or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs; or infringing upon the names, portraits, reputations, or honors of heroes and martyrs through insult, defamation, or other means;

　　5. Promoting terrorism or extremism, or inciting the commission of terrorist or extremist acts;

　　6. Inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

　　7. Those who undermine the state’s religious policies, or who promote cults and feudal superstitions;

　　8. Spreading rumors and disrupting economic and social order;

　　9. Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terrorism, or inciting crime;

　　10. Insulting or defaming others, thereby infringing upon their reputation, privacy, and other legitimate rights and interests;

　　11. Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

　　(II) Malicious information such as that which undermines the online civilizational ecosystem

　　1. Using exaggerated headlines that bear no resemblance to the actual content;

　　2. Those that hype up rumors, scandals, or misconduct;

　　3. Making inappropriate comments about natural disasters, major accidents, or other calamities;

　　4. Containing sexual innuendo, sexual teasing, or other content likely to evoke sexual associations;

　　5. Depicting gore, horror, cruelty, or other content that causes physical or psychological discomfort;

　　6. Inciting discrimination against groups, regional discrimination, or similar forms of prejudice;

　　7. Promoting vulgar, kitsch, or pandering content;

　　8. Content that may encourage minors to imitate unsafe behaviors or actions that violate social ethics, or that may induce unhealthy habits among minors;

　　9. Other content that adversely affects the online ecosystem.

　　(3) Acts of dishonesty, such as violating social ethics

　　1. Infringing upon others’ lawful rights and interests, including their right to reputation, right to privacy, patent rights, trademark rights, and other such rights;

　　2. Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating rumors, false information, or other content containing untrue statements;

　　3. Posting content that maliciously speculates or misinterprets the platform’s rules;

　　4. Publishing information by fabricating or impersonating another person’s identity, or using a company name, brand, or trademark that is not legally owned or held by the user;

　　5. Using any improper means to obtain false data, including but not limited to comments, shares, likes, and other forms of fraudulent activity.

　　IV. Protection of Minors

　　 If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should carefully read this Agreement under the guidance of your guardian and may only use the platform with your guardian’s consent. If you have not obtained your guardian’s consent, your guardian may contact the platform to address the relevant account, and the platform reserves the right to restrict the functions of such account, including but not limited to browsing, posting information, and engaging in interactive communication. We will work together with guardians to safeguard the physical and mental well-being of minors. If you are a guardian, you are also obligated to fulfill your duties of care and supervision, ensure your minor’s online safety, guide them in the responsible use of the internet, help them develop healthy online habits, and prevent them from becoming addicted to the virtual online world.

　　The platform will, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Minors, the Regulations on the Online Protection of Minors, and other relevant laws and regulations, actively fulfill its obligations to safeguard the rights and interests of minors. It is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of minor users on the platform and strictly prohibits any person from using the platform’s services to abuse, harm, endanger, or maliciously exploit minors, or to indoctrinate them with incorrect values. Users are also prohibited from posting or sharing any content that may adversely affect, harm, or mislead minors’ physical and mental health.

　　(1) Information content that contains sexual innuendo, sexual teasing, or other elements likely to evoke sexual associations;

　　(2) Content that depicts gore, horror, cruelty, or other material likely to cause physical or psychological discomfort;

　　(3) Information content that promotes vulgar, kitsch, or pandering material;

　　(4) Information content that may encourage minors to imitate unsafe behaviors or actions that violate social ethics, or that may induce unhealthy habits among minors;

　　(5) Other content that affects, harms, or induces minors in ways that compromise their safety and physical and mental well-being.

　　V. Platform Management Approach

　　 Yuanshu Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. provides users with convenient channels for reporting violations and filing infringement complaints. If users encounter illegal or harmful information, or content that infringes on personal rights, they may submit reports or complaints through the platform, which will provide feedback on the progress of handling within 10 business days. 　　For any violations of this Agreement, Yuanshu Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. shall take measures including, but not limited to, restricting user account permissions, deleting or blocking infringing content, and suspending or banning offending user accounts, and shall notify the violating users. If you disagree with such measures, you may file an appeal by contacting us at kwangpc@163.com. In cases of repeated violations or where serious adverse consequences have occurred, we will, depending on the severity of the circumstances, report the matter to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

　　VI. Entry into Force and Amendments
