PHA is a next-generation halogen-free and antimony-free reactive phosphazene flame retardant specifically engineered for high-performance thermosetting resin systems. The molecule incorporates reactive allyl functional groups, enabling participation in the resin curing process and the formation of covalent bonds with the resin matrix. This reactive mechanism fundamentally eliminates the limitations commonly associated with conventional additive flame retardants, such as migration, blooming, and inadequate long-term durability. PHA delivers an outstanding balance of flame-retardant efficiency, thermal stability, and electrical performance, making it particularly well suited for advanced applications including high-frequency/high-speed electronic materials, aerospace composites, and premium copper-clad laminates (CCLs).
DPSS is a high-performance anionic surfactant that combines excellent wetting, penetrating, emulsifying, and dispersing properties, making it suitable for a wide range of aqueous systems. In emulsion polymerization, it serves as a stabilizing emulsifier that effectively reduces coagulation. In waterborne coatings and inks, it enables rapid pigment dispersion, enhancing gloss and leveling properties. In textile dyeing, printing, and leather processing, it promotes penetration of dyes and auxiliaries, improving dyeing uniformity and color fastness. Additionally, its low surface tension characteristics impart strong detergency and moderate foaming in industrial and household cleaning formulations. With its comprehensive performance and multifunctional nature, DPSS helps streamline formulations and improve end-product quality.
PBZn is a peak brightener (top brightener) specifically developed for alkaline non-cyanide zinc-nickel alloy plating baths. Its primary composition consists of heterocyclic salts, and it appears as a pale yellow liquid. In practical application, it effectively enhances both the brightness and leveling performance of the deposit in high-current-density areas, contributing to a uniform and high-quality alloy surface finish. The recommended make-up dosage is approximately 1.0 ml/L, with a replenishment consumption rate of roughly 0.6–1.0 L per 10 kAh, depending on the type of anode employed.
